Ingredients
- Place in top of double boiler:
- 3 unbeaten egg whites
- 1 T corn starch
- 1 c wh. sugar
- Stir thoroughly and then place over boiling water, Beat with egg beater till it stands in peaks. Remove from heat.
- Add:
- 1 c coconut
- 1 t Vanilla
- Mix well.

Step 1
Drop by small teaspoons on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 350 - 375 until delicate brown.
Cool on pan.
