Ingredients
- 1 1/2 CUP WHOLE ALMONDS
- 3 TBS BUTTER
- 1 CUP SUGAR
- 4 TBS WATER

Grease baking sheet to pour out the candy later

Spread almonds in a single layer on ungreased baking sheet.
Oven rack center position toast at 350* 10 minutes
Stir once or more.
melt butter in sauce pan, medium heat
Add almonds
Stir for about 3 minutes
Set aside
Combine sugar and water in seperate pan and bring to boil till mixture turns golden.
DO NOT STIR.
WASH DOWN SIDES OF PAN WITH A SMALL BRUSH DIPPED IN WATER.
MIX IN ALMONDS
Pour onto greased pan.
Cool
When hard, break into pieces and store airtight container
