- 2 CUPS SUGAR (i used have splenda)
- 1 3/4 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 3/4 CUP BAKING COCOA
- 1 1/2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA
- 1 1/2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
- 1 TEASPOON SALT
- 1 CUP SKIM MILK
- EGG SUBSTITUTE EQUIVALENT TO 2 EGGS
- 1/2 CUP UNSWEETENED APPLESAUCE
- 2 TEASPOONS VANILLA EXTTRACT
- 1 CUP BOILING WATER

Step 1
IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS. BEAT IN MILK, EGG SUB,
APPLESAUCE AND VANILLA. ADD WATER BEAT ON MEDIUM SPEED FOR 2 MINUTES
(BATTER WILL BE VERY THIN) POUR INTO A 13 X 9 IN BAKING PAN COATED WITH
NONSTICK COOKING SPRAY. BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL A TOOTHPICK
INSERTED NEAR THE CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL.
YIELDS 20 SERVINGS.
