Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 14 red starlight mints
- 1 pkg (8 serving size) or 2 pkg (4 serving size) Jello Brand raspberry flavor gelatin dessert
- 1 1/2 cups cold water
- 2 cups thawed cool whip

Step 1
Spray mold with no stick cooking spray. Bring 2 cups water and mints to boil in small saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly until mints are dissolved. Stir mint mixture into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 mins until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Pour 3 cups of the gelatin into candy cane mold. Place mold on tray before pouring in gelatin to prevent spilling. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until set but not firm. Meanwhile, refrigerate remaining gelatin about 45 mins or until slightly thickened. Stir in whipped toping with wire whisk until smooth. Spoon over gelatin layer in mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold and garnish as desired.
