  • Blend & Set aside:
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup ground walnuts
  • Mix together till well blended:
  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 3.5 oz pkg. instant pistachio pudding
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

1. Pour 1/2 batter into greased 9x13 pan. Cover with 1/2 sugar mixture. Pour remaining batter, then remaining sugar mixture.

2. Bake for 35 minutes until browned.

3. for more crunchy topping, bake a few minutes longer. Cool, serve from pan
