Ingredients
- Blend & Set aside:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup ground walnuts
- Mix together till well blended:
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 1 3.5 oz pkg. instant pistachio pudding
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup water

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
1. Pour 1/2 batter into greased 9x13 pan. Cover with 1/2 sugar mixture. Pour remaining batter, then remaining sugar mixture.
2. Bake for 35 minutes until browned.
3. for more crunchy topping, bake a few minutes longer. Cool, serve from pan
