Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 c old butter
- 1 c raisins
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 c yogurt (vanilla)

Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients
Cut butter in with a pastry blender
Stir in raisins and sugar
Add egg yolk and yogurt
Form into 2 balls and knead into rounds
Each round makes 6 scones
Brush with egg white and dust with sugar
Bake at 375 for 18 min
