Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups butter, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 6 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 package semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 package peanut butter and milk chocolate chips

Step 1

In a large bowl cream the butter sugars and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour, salt , baking soda and baking powder; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in the chips and oats. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in apart onto un greased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
