Oreo Truffles

Easy The easiest way to roll in chocolate is to melt chocolate in microwave in a shallow dish. High 2 1/2 minutes. Add truffles, in batches, coat evenly. Use 2 forks to roll and lift onto waxed paper

Ingredients

• 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
• 1 (1#2oz) pkg 0reo cookies, finely crushed and divided
• 2 pkg(8oz) Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Step 1

Mix cream cheese and 3 c crumbs Shape into 48 balls Dip in chocolate and place on waxed paper Sprinkle with remaining crumbs Refrigerate until firm and then store in air tight container
