Ingredients

7 oz. cold-brew coffee concentrate
6 oz. dark rum
4 oz. simple syrup
2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. Angostura bitters
Tonic water
Lime wheels

Preparation

Step 1

In ice-filled cocktail shaker,
combine coffee, rum, simple syrup, lime
juice and bitters. Shake and strain into
4 ice-filled glasses. Top with tonic water
to taste. Garnish with lime.
