Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 3 3eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (4 oz) can green chiles, diced
- 1/4 cup roasted red pepper pieces

Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor combine cream cheese and sour cream; precess until smooth. Add taco seasoning, eggs, and flour and process until well blended. By hand, stir in chiles and red peppers.
Pour into a well greased decorative copper mold. Place mold in larger baking dish which has been filled with 1" water.
Make at 350 degrees for 40 minutes to 1 hours or until sides pull away and knife inserted in center comes out dry.
