Philadelphia Cream Cheese Sauce - Maybelle Kurzweil

Ingredients

• Tish Sauce:
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 1/2 cup ketchup
• 2 T vinegar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1 T prepared mustard (not dry)
• 2 T Worcestershire Sauce or A-1 Sauce
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1 cup honey

Preparation

Step 1

Cook over low heat 15 minutes. Strain. Serve over Cream Cheese.
