- 6 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 6 Tbsp cream
- 6 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 2 About 2 c flour
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting

Step 1
Beat eggs well. Add sugar and mix well. Add other ingredients. Roll thin, cut in diamond shapes. Fry in deep fat at 370 degrees for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar.
