- unbaked pie crust
- 2 eggs very well beaten
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- chocolate chips
- walnuts optional
- 1 and 1/2 stick butter (unsalted) room temp.
- dash of vanilla

Step 1
Beat eggs very well- at least three minutes. They need to change color and look very frothy. This is the key to success of this pie. Add other ingredients. A second factor of success would be the butter, perfectly set at room temp. Whip in butter last. Bake 325 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
