Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbls, 2 tsp fresh dill
- salt & pepper
- (optional: chopped walnuts & sprigs of dill)
Preparation
Step 1
1) Blend until smooth the cucumber, garlic, sour cream, and yogurt. 2) Add dill, salt, and pepper to taste
