Ingredients
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract
- 1/8 tsp Cream of Tartar
- Dash of Salt
- 3/4 C Sugar
- 6 oz. pkg Chocolate Chips ( 1 Cup )

Step 1
Beat egg whites, peppermint extract, cream of tartar and salt till soft peaks form. Add sugar gradually, beating to stiff peaks. Fold in chocolate chips. Cover cookie sheet with plain brown paper. Drop cookie mixture from tsp onto paper. Bake at 325` for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from paper while slightly warm. Makes 2-3 dozen
