Ingredients
- 10 ozs. uncooked penne pasta
- 1 C dry white wine
- 1 C mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 2 t dried dillweed
- 2 C shredded Swiss cheese
- 16 oz. crab (Costco)
- 4 C potato chips, crushed

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain well. Combine wine, mayonnaise, soup and dillweed. Stir into pasta, then carefully stir in cheese and crab.
Pour mixture into 3 quart casserole. Cover and bake for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with potato chips before serving.
