Banana Cake

Ingredients

• 1/4 lb. margarine
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 4 tbsp. sour cream
• 3 bananas or 1 cup
• choc chips (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Cream the sugar with the margarine. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift the flour with baking powder and baking soda. Mash the bananas with sour cream. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, alternately with bananas. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes in an 8 inch square pan. An electric mixer is recommended.
