I just whipped up a batch of this yummyness, only I omitted the pecans and added some salt, and only used 4 packets of Splenda. I used my hand mixer, so it's light and fluffy. If it doesn't set up, I'll know why, and eat it one teaspoon at a time.

I been looking for a sugar free fudge recipe.. to make I like this recipe it . I rate a 5 star on this recipe..

I am going to make it very soon and see how it is… :)

I've found Stevia or Truvia to have a very bitter aftertaste. This recipe works great with Splenda and cut down to about 3/4 cup instead of one cup. Using semi-sweetened chocolate adds a tiny bit of sugar but tastes better too.

I'm going to make it with sun crystals and see how that works!
