- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chives, minced
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
In a saucepan, over medium-low heat, melt the butter in the lemon juice and heavy cream. Reduce the heat to very low and cook until the cream is barely simmering, about 10 minutes. Just before serving, stir the sauce into the pasta. Add the Parmesan cheese, chives and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss and serve.
