Pizza Bowl

Ingredients

• 1.5 pd ground beef
• 1 bag frozen green bell pepper
• 1 lg onion
• 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
• 1 bread bowl per person
• 2 C shredded cheese
• optional : mushrooms

Preparation

Step 1

cut out the inside of the bread - use the cut outs for garlic bread
place bowl on large cookie sheet
brown ground beef and add sauce
saute pepper & onion
use 1 C cheese to sprinkle in bottom of bowls
add a few spoon fulls of beef & onion mix
layer cheese & meat
heat bowls on 350 7 min to melt cheese
