Ingredients
- 4-6 chicken breasts, halved
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 1/2 cups mashed potato flakes
- 1/2 cup butter, melted

Step 1
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine Parmesan, herbs, salt, and pepper. Add chicken in two batches, shake to coat. In a shallow bowl, beat eggs and water. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with potato flakes. Pour butter into 13x9" dish; add chicken. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minntes. Turn chicken, bake 30 minutes.
