- salted pumpkin seeds
- dried cranberries or goji berries
- 1 small can salmon
- mild banana pepper rings
- slice carrots
- slice celery
- slice red onion
- 2 TB oil mixed with dill, basil, oregano, pepper, salt
- optional can lima beans
- optional shredded italian cheese or feta
