ORANGE ICING**

Ingredients

• 2 tbsp. soft butter
• 4 tbsp. grated orange rind
• 4 c. icing sugar
• 1/4 c. orange juice

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar and add orange juice. Use just enough orange juice to make icing easy to spread. Beat until smooth.
