Ingredients
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili peppers, finely chopped
- Marinara Sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 5 large fresh basil, torn - chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- sea salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- cooked penne pasta

Preparation
Step 1
Add olive oil and garlic to pan.
1. Add red peppers and sauté.
2. Add a ladle of marinara sauce, some dry chili peppers, fresh parsley, basil, salt and pepper.
3. Toss with penne pasta and fresh Parmesan cheese.
