• 1 2/3 cup Cake Mix (1/2 standard mix)
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
• 1 Egg

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 F. Place ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until thoroughly mixed. Dough will be stiff. Drop by the tablespoon onto a cookie sheet sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray. Bake 12-15 minutes or until begining to brown. Remove cookies and place on a cooking rack.
