Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tea. cinnamon
- 2 tea. baking powder
- 1/4 tea. baking soda
- 3/4 tea salt
- ]1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 tea. vanilla
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 cup raisins
- 3/4 cups chopped walnuts

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
IN another bowl, combine oil, sugar, eggs, molasses, and vanillas with an electric mixer. Add shredded carrot and pineapple and mix. Add raisins and walnuts and mix well by hand.
Pour flour mixture into the other ingredients and stir until combined.
Pour batter into two greased 8" loaf pans.
Bake for 60 minutes or until done.
