  • 4 cups chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 4 quartz bread cubes with corn bread
  • 5 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons sage
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 scant teaspoon of baking powder
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 3 cups broth
  • sausage
  • apple

Preparation

Step 1

1. Saute celery, onions and mushrooms in a cube of butter
2. saute sausage and apple (chopped) together
3. Add 1 and 2 to bread
4. Add beaten egg and seasonings
5. add broth until you see some liquid in the bottom of the bowl when you pull mixture to the side.
