Ingredients

  • Dough:
  • 2 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cup white wine
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 orange zest
  • 7 1/2 - 8 cups flour
  • Filling:
  • 1 jar grape jam (I mix 1/2 jar with equal amount of raisons and puree 250ml + 250ml)
  • 2 oz. semi sweet chocolate (cut with knife)
  • 1 zest orange
  • a little cinnamon (I used 1 tsp)
  • 4 – 5 walnuts
  • 1 cup roasted almonds (ground in food processor on pulse, not too fine)

Preparation

Step 1

Dough: Mix oil and wine in saucepan and warm over heat.

In a bowl, put 2 cups of flour.

Pour oil/wine mixture into bowl.

Add sugar and orange zest, With fork mix dough Add more flour if necessary (if too soft).

Knead a little with flour Leave to rest for ½ hour Filling: mix and leave until needed.

Bake 350 15 - 20 mins
