Ingredients
- Dough:
- 2 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cup white wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 orange zest
- 7 1/2 - 8 cups flour
- Filling:
- 1 jar grape jam (I mix 1/2 jar with equal amount of raisons and puree 250ml + 250ml)
- 2 oz. semi sweet chocolate (cut with knife)
- 1 zest orange
- a little cinnamon (I used 1 tsp)
- 4 – 5 walnuts
- 1 cup roasted almonds (ground in food processor on pulse, not too fine)

Preparation
Step 1
Dough: Mix oil and wine in saucepan and warm over heat.
In a bowl, put 2 cups of flour.
Pour oil/wine mixture into bowl.
Add sugar and orange zest, With fork mix dough Add more flour if necessary (if too soft).
Knead a little with flour Leave to rest for ½ hour Filling: mix and leave until needed.
Bake 350 15 - 20 mins
