Ingredients

  • • 1 lb pasta penne
  • • 1 to 1 ½ cups of green peas (fresh or frozen)
  • • ¼ lb of diced butter
  • • 1/2 cup of 35 % cream
  • • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan
  • • 2 cups of cubed ham
  • • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Keep a serving plate in a warm oven. 2. Cook pasta accordingly and 2 minutes before the end add green peas. 3. Drain everything keeping a little bit of the cooking water. 4. Melt butter in the serving plate, add cream, pasta, cooking liquid and the parmesan, 5. Mix well and add the ham, pepper and serve immediately.
