Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 to 2 cups Hatch Green Chile, toasted, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Dash cumin

Saute onions in butter. Add flour to make a paste. Stir in chicken broth, chile, garlic and cumin.
