Ingredients
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 t. salt
- 2 cakes of yeast
- 2/3 c. warm water
- 1 T. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 5 c. flour

Step 1
Scald and Let Cool:
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 t. salt
Prepare 2 cakes yeast in 2/3 c. warm water, sprinkle 1 T. sugar over it; set aside. Beat 3 eggs and add all of the above mixtures. Work in 5 c. flour. Place in bowl and cover. The let rise 2 times. Divide in half, place in greased bread pan and let rise again. Bake at 350 deg.
