Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 cup minute rice
- medium onion
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- sauerkraut
- cabbage

Step 1
Mix together the first six ingredients. Soften leaves of cabbage by putting in boiling water for a couple of minutes. Put some mixture onto a cabbage leaf and roll. Layer in roaster with sauerkraut. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Makes about 2 dozen.
