Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger, browned and drained
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 4 oz can diced green chilies
- 1/2 cup green onion chopped
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- Tortillas or tortilla chips

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all but the cheese and meat. Line bottom of pan with tortillas or chips. Top with 1/2 meat (meat on bottom) 1/2 mixture, 1/2 cheese; repeat layers.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Garnish with green onions.
