Ingredients
- 1 c br. sugar
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 egg
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/4 t baking soda
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 c chopped pecans

Step 1
In saucepan, heat br. sugar & butter, stir until melted. Remove form heat, let cool slightly. Beat in egg & vanilla, stir in flour, baking soda & salt. Stir in pecans.
Spread evenly in 8"square pan. Bake @ 350 for 15-18 min.
