Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups long grain rice
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 1/3 cup butter/margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake in 350 oven for about 40 minutes or until rice is tender. Fluff with fork and serve.
