Ingredients
- Directions:
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 c. sour cream, room temp
- 4 T. sugar
- 1 t. salt
- 1/4 t. baking soda
- 3 c. bread flour
- 2 t. instant yeast
- ●Place the ingredients in bowl in the order recommended by manufacturer.
- ●Process on the basic cycle, light crust setting.

Step 1
If oven baking, let dough rise once in the machine before forming loaf. Let rise again in a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake in 350 F. oven for approximately 35 minutes. This dough makes tender dinner rolls also.
