- 1 pkg Uncle Ben’s long grain/wild rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 2 cups celery
- 1 can water chestnuts

Mix and put in 9 x 13 pan. Cover with buttered Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
