Ingredients
- Cookies:
- 1 14.5oz box gingerbread cake or cookie mix
- 1/4 cup Jack Daniel's
- 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
- Frosting:
- 1 cup powered sugar
- 2 to 2 1/2 Tablespoons Jack Daniel's

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all cookie ingredients in medium sized bowl. On floured surface roll out a small amount of dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into shapes using desired cookie cutter shapes. Arrange 1 inch apart on baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
To make frosting:
Put powered sugar in a small bowl and add Jack Daniel's 1/2 Tablespoon at a time until at spreadable consistency. Mix well after each addition of Jack.
After cookies have cooled frost and decorate as desired.
