Ingredients
- 2 cans (19 oz) mixed beans rinsed
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 lb boneless,skinless chicken thighs cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 c frozen corn
- 1 c Kraft Tex Mex shredded light cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients in the slow cooker
Top with chicken,onions and corn
Do not stir
Cook on low -8 hr or on high 4-5 hr
Stir just before serving and top with cheese
I let the cheese bubble a bit or put individual dishes in the microwave to melt the cheese
Can also top individual servings with sour cream
