Cake - Red Velvet Cake

Ingredients

• Cake
• 1 bottle of red food coloring
• 1 tablespoon of cocoa
• 3 eggs
• 2 1/2 cups of flour (or cake flour)
• 1 1/2 cups of sugar
• 1 cup of buttermilk
• 1/2 cup of oil or 2 sticks of Parkay (or real butter)
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of vinegar
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
• ICING
• 1 stick of Parkay (or real butter)
• 1 pound of confection sugar
• 8 ounces of cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
• Pecans are optional

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Preheat oven at 375 degrees and bake 30-45 minutes
