Ingredients
- 1 can cream corn
- 2 cups grated cheddar (reserve 1/2 cup)
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green chilies
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Blend together. Put in 9 x 12 pan (greased). Bake @ 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-60 min. Add reserved cheese after 30 min.
