Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. icing sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tarter
- 4 beaten egg whites

Step 1
Cook icing sugar, water and cream to tarter to thread point 266 F. Add hot syrup to stiffly beaten egg whites, beating constantly until it holds its shape. Colour and flavor as desired.
