Applie pie filling

Ingredients

• 8 * 8 cups sliced apples
• 2 * 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 3/4 * 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 * 2 tablespoons King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
• 2 * 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 * 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon allspice
• 1/4 * 1/4 cup boiled cider or undiluted apple juice concentrate
• 2 * 2 tablespoons butter, diced in small pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together, place in pie shell and freeze. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. Suggest to add 2 extra tbls flour.
