Barbara's Breadsticks

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups Warm Water
• 2 Tbsp. Sugar
• 1 Tbsp Yeast
• 3 1/2 cups Flour
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 cube Butter, melted
• Garlic Salt
• Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve yeast in water and sugar. Make dough with yeast mixture, flour and salt. Knead 3 minutes. Rest 10 minutes. Spread dough out into a large buttered cookies sheet with sides. Cut the dough in pan and brush the top with butter, then sprinkle with salt and parmesan cheese. Let rise 20 minutes. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
