Ingredients
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste

Pour vinegar in small bowl. Gradually whisk in oil in a thin stream. Whisk in lime juice and season to taste with salt and pepper. Dressing may be kept refrigerated for up to 1 week.
