Ingredients

1 German Chocolate cake mix
1 stick margarine
1/3 cup milk
1 pkg carmels
1 6oz chocolate chip
nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake as directed. Pour 1/2 batter in 9x13 greased&floured pan. Bake 20 mins at 325. Melt carmels, milk and margarine till smooth and pour over cake. Layer chocolate chips next&top with nuts dot top with remaining batter. Bake 20 mins turn over to 350.
