Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. graham wafer crumbs
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 1/2 c. sifted icing sugar
- juice from drained pineapple
- 2 unbeaten eggs
- 20 oz. can of well drained crushed pineapple
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Preparation
Step 1
Combine crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into 13 x 9 pan. Pat down.
Bake 300 F for 15 minutes.
Beat pineapple juice, eggs and icing sugar until fluffy. Spread over first layer.
Fold in well drained pineapple into stiffly beaten whip cream.
Refrigerate.
