Ingredients
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 1 lemon juice and rind
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 level tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, lemon, beaten egg yolks and milk. Lastly fold in beaten egg whites. Place in a baking dish in a pan of water.
Bake 350F until brown and thick for 30 - 35 minutes. It forms a cake on top and custard underneath.
Serve hot or chold
