  • Beat together:
  • 1 Lemon Cake Mix w/ pudding
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 C. Oil
  • Mix together until crumbly. Reserve 1 Cup. Put remaining ingredients in ungreased cake 9x13 pan.
  • BAKE 350° 5-7 minutes
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 C. Sugar
  • 1 t. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg
